Our technician handles this on delivery — but if you're setting up yourself, here's the short version.
Check whether your laptop takes VGA, HDMI or USB‑C. We carry adapters for all three, including USB‑C to HDMI/VGA for newer MacBooks.
Connect the cable to laptop and projector first, then switch both on — this avoids display detection issues on older units.
On Windows, press Windows + P and choose "Duplicate." On Mac, open Display preferences and enable mirroring. Your slides now show on the big screen.
2000–2500 ANSI lumens is enough for a lit conference room or classroom. For a banquet hall, exhibition stall or daylight/outdoor use, ask for a 4000+ lumen unit — brighter rooms need brighter projectors.
A plain white or light-coloured wall works fine and saves the screen rental cost. For a sharper image, uniform brightness or a large gathering, a proper screen (4×6 up to 8×10 ft) is worth adding.
Be cautious with USB-only mini projectors under ₹15,000 — they're typically low-resolution and not built for presentations. We supply proper VGA/HDMI/USB‑C projectors with the correct adapters instead.
Same-day delivery is usually possible within Delhi, Gurgaon and Noida, but booking 24–48 hours ahead guarantees your preferred brand, screen size and time slot — especially in the wedding and events season.
Yes — our delivery team installs the projector or screen, tests it with your device, and stays until your presentation, movie or event is live and stable.
Phone lines open daily. WhatsApp works after hours too.
